Shabdon ka Karwan - RC

Literati and spoken words have been the mecca of expression and emotions

since the dawn of mankind.

RCUPG in the light of recent happenings, in the go about of the virtual

the revolution had organized ‘Shabdon ka Karwan’, a spoken work event on the

19 th of August.

The event marked the presence of our beloved professor, Sriram Sir from the

management department presiding as the guest of honor.

The past 2 years of RCUPG has been into several charity and outreach

programs, but 2020 marked a new era for the RCUPG with their way into

multiple artistic segments and approaches to enhance Rotaract experience and

student engagement

.

The event was attended by the people of the college and many others from

different

Rotaract clubs.

From poems to gestures and shayaris, the event turned out to be a massive

success.

“Have you ever considered a beautiful experience as an achievement?” –

Was the motion of the event.

And it turns out people have been considering their experiences as their

achievements because what matters more than the happiness attached to the

moment.

Shabdon ka Karwan was one of the first spoken word events held online that

focussed more on people’s stories and not on people’s writings that makes all

the difference between the amount of emotions attached with each performer

and storyteller.
